I would give them a 0 if possible. I added a cheap mobile phone to get a discount on home internet and they ended up charging 3x the amount for the basic line. When I call for 2 months to correct I'm stuck speaking with someone that is very apologetic but unable to do anything. So my options are pay for phone and cancel line or just pay whatever they say. I have had service with Xfinity and it always ends up being a big hassle and I lose money. Been with t-mobile and its like a new world, exact amount withdrawn same day not 1 penny over or under, I called comcast 3 times in 2 months about thier billing and after 4 years I have spoken to t-mobile 1 time! That is why they are running radio ads against t-mobile and why they will ultimately lose, you can't cheat your customers forever and succeed.

Yes it is. As far as expensive, it depends on what you want. If you're going to compare them to other businesses, then make sure you're comparing apples to apples. Exact same channels, mbps etc. Ive been w/ comcast for 28 yrs & have home phone service, internet, cable tv w/ all the tiers up to 400 plus the music channels, showtime, hbo, starz, cinemax etc. My bill is less with all this than anything else I've found, not to mention this bill is nearly $90.00 cheaper than my cell phone bill with 4 ppl on it & 2 phones paid for & the smallest amount of shared data u can get. Never get a dish..... unless u live somewhere where the weather is always good.
