Having an older model car with no Bluetooth technology I thought it was totally okay to wear your Bluetooth headphones to take calls as I’m able to disable my noise cancel feature and remain hands free… until I was stopped by an officer and written a citation today… this could have easily been written as a warning… I drive for the gig enonomy and little small occurrences like these can impact my ability in the future to make income… and what’s worse is not appearing in court for a small occurrence like this and having a warrant for your arrest… not to say that’s me I don’t do that but it’s just ridiculous it’s like if you have nothing else to write a ticket for just say that…

Sitting on a streetcorner with a sign saying need help or something like that no. But if they come up to you or your car asking for money directly yes it is.
Call a pest control company, Wild life won't handle that, I get a lot in my house in Milton and I bought a cage and put food inside and trap them

Yes, though it's unlikely to accomplish much. Also think if they were reckless, or if you are just mad at them.
