No popcorn, no milkshakes, literally told we couldn’t order a side of fries unless you order a sandwich, limited vegetarian options, dirty… obvious why it’s empty on a Saturday night…. this place is terrible, go somewhere else.

Saw that Groupon had a deal for 3 tickets for a good price. I haven’t used Groupon in years but sounded like a great deal. I show up to the theater with my 3 kids all pumped to see Lyle Lyle Crocodile and tell the cashier I have a Groupon that I purchased earlier that day. He looks confused and goes to get a manager. The manager comes and says it doesn’t apply to new releases. I open up the app to double check the fine print bc I checked prior to be sure. Sure enough, there is nothing there about new releases. They said take it up with Groupon or it will be $95 for the tickets. No apologies or anything. Had to leave with three sad kids.
