The answer is yes the homes on the bay are a part of community. You own your land. These homes are sold as condos with low fees. A hidden gem. Put your name on note card in clubhouse you are interested in buying. We don't need realtor to sell our homes. Word of mouth does it. Great place to live

I was a guest here and have visited the community for the last 39 years. The community is very well maintained and has been perfect for my relatives. I am uncertain about availability.
