Please save your money and live elsewhere. I am extremely unsatisfied with my stay at Lost Creek. First, I started dealing with loud neighbors halfway through my lease and had to call the office and courtesy officer several times before anything was done. Lost Creek did not seem to take my noise complaints seriously even though I expressed numerous times that my noisy neighbors were significantly disrupting my sleep and studies. Given my loud neighbors and the rent increase for such an outdated unit, I decided not to renew and I was charged over $100 in cleaning fees and damages upon move-out. I was charged for unnecessary expenses like normal wear and tear. I didn’t even get a penny of my security deposit and have to pay out of my own pocket. When I inquired about the charges in person, I was told that everyone gets charged for the carpet replacement; however, there is no mention of this on the lease. All that is said is that the unit needs to be returned in its original condition and it’s completely unreasonable to expect the carpet to be in its original condition, as carpet naturally wears out over time. I feel completely cheated and I would not recommend this property to anyone. UPDATE: I spoke with Sandy about my final account balance and the best "resolution" she could offer was a payment plan. She did not listen to my concerns nor was willing to reverse any of the charges. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I am a vendor with Massey services and this apartment complex is top notch! The leasing office women are intelligent, thorough and helpful. Travis and his maintenance team are on top of it. Any requests and repairs are fixed that day which makes finding/spraying bugs so much easier to control. Keep it up Lost Creek!

I toured this apartment complex and didn't get a good vibe at all from Rachel Zimmerman the manager. I didn't feel like she would be a manager that cares about her residents and that she only gets you in the door and that is all she would do. I would suggest to her have a more cheerful and helpful attitude besides just what she puts off
