The requirements are as follows: a $25 non refundable application fee, if the background is substantial to the managers requirements then there will be $750 deposit, the extra$25 is for the mailbox key deposit, $725 first month's rent all due before move in. If you have a pet, there's a$300 pet deposit which is non refundable. Utilities, cable, wi fi are included in this price. On a personal note, the managers are nice and run a clean safe, comfortable complex.
First and deposit up front, $250 pet fee (if it applies), proof of employment, background check I believe, and gotta fill out some stuff about your vehicle if you have one. It's month to month though so there's no long term lease. They do have a set of rules they'll give you as Well
