They are studio apartments. Rent is $750, deposit is $850 at the moment I believe. It's basically hotel rooms turned into studio apartments. No Kitchen.
I just moved in last Tuesday and I like it, for the price you can't go wrong, and the office staff is very friendly, plus there's a really good taco restaurant by the office, I ate there Saturday and loved it. The apartment has a $40 application fee, $850 deposit, and rent is $750 a month which includes electricity, water/garbage, pest control, basic cable, internet access.
