I've been an infrequent customer of Mendocino avenue car wash for many years. I'm always impressed with how my car comes out almost as if it were mini detailed after a routine wash. Today I actually had a full detail with Clay wax and I was amazed when I came to pick up my car. They not only took care of all of the exterior and interior, the engine compartment looked like it was brand new. And manager Raphael was there as well as one of the supervisors to walk me around the entire car to make sure that I was 100% happy. I cannot recommend this amazing team of dedicated workers enough!

My car was nasty. Bugs all over the front, dog hair EVERYWHERE inside. They took an hour to get it all cleaned up and I appreciate that they took the time to do that. I felt sorry for the 2 people who got stuck doing my car's interior.

I don't come here often, even though I did purchase one of the 5 wash packages, quite a while back. The reason being I know it's going to be at least an hour to get in and out, which I often don't have the time to commit to. I did go yesterday, and my frustration was I was not the last car in, but somehow I seemed to be the last person to leave. Either there was a mix-up, or there is no clear system to determine which car is next to be finished? In the end I was happy with the wash, just frustrated by the extra waiting time.

After coming here, my car is cleaner, but not clean. I paid $37.95 for the “ultimate” hand wash and tipped $20. My vehicle is big and it was dirty but it’s kinda still dirty. I came at 1pm when they were super busy, so they told me to come back the next day at 8am which was totally fine with me. I understand because of the size of my vehicle. But I’m pretty disappointed. Not much else to say, the pics speak for themselves. I would only come here if my car was already pretty clean and just needed a light touch up. If your car is actually dirty, try another place.
