First off the food was delicious! The reason for the four stars is the service. Initially it took 20-30 mins for someone to just brings us chips let alone take our drinks or just come by for that matter. Once our waiter did come, she was fabulous and courteous. I do want to say that there was one employee who was just fantastic with his customer service. He wasn’t our waiter but I still went to tip him for coming by and checking on us. It meant a lot. (Had to be there to understand) The food was so great that I’ll return over and over. The chicken flautas with the jalapeño jelly and pineapple was so good I can eat it all day every day. The appetizer with the chicken nacho wasn’t all that. Over enjoyed it and will return. They accommodated us nicely as one of our crew members was in a wheelchair. Oh and the chips and salsa was so flavorful.

I was very disappointed here. Waited to be seated for quite awhile. The food wasn't very good.Haley was the best part of that visit. She is a very pleasant server. We had to find someone to take our check. I won't be coming back here. The restuarant wasn't very clean. Lot's of flies.

Made my way to Chevys in Santa Rosa. I had been there before with pretty good meals but this trip was not good. First the salsa tasted pretty stale, not sure how fresh it was, we ordered the sampler and git 2 plates, 1 was super dirty so I did not use that one. The food was much better on the sampler, and the service was pretty solid, just seems like maybe there were phoning it in a bit.

Providing an authentic Mexican dining experience in a friendly, festive environment is what Chevy's is all about. They pride themselves with a diverse menu that uses fresh, savory ingredients. My wife and I have been coming here for many years. Last Sunday we brought our dog with us to an outside table. The waitress brought the dog some water and was very kind. Service has been consistently very good, with a staff that is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have had a manager stop by our table on occasion to see how things are going. From couples, to a large party of people, Chevy's makes you feel special.
