Over the last couple months I have spent a lot of time at this property visiting my fiancé as he lives here and the property is a great place to enjoy. I always make good use out of the amenities, pool,gym and bbq area which are kept clean and not crowded. The property itself has very nice vegetation all around it. The property is also located close enough to all the shopping, gas stations and just a short drive to the beach. I’m also enjoying the new paint colours and upgrades it’s receiving, definitely gives it a beachy Florida vibe.

It's robbery that you guys charge current market value but give the 1/1 1999 appliances that don't even match and old counter tops from 2006 and still do popcorn ceilings! Even when I asked for an updated apartment I was told only one apartment was that was updated. You guys will update the outside all the time but not what people are paying for with their hard earned money to go look at this nice place driving in, only to go back in time when they step inside their homes then they may look like it's a protected or gated community but they gate is ALWAYS broken and good luck on getting a parking spot close to your home after a long day of work then you don't get a freaking washer and dryer hook up in the one bedrooms.. smh
