Green, Trees, Parks, Trails, Grass, Gardening, nature? Yes it is possible to find all of these things on this property if you're tired of touring so called Luxury Apartments that's it in the middle of Blacktop Hades then you may want to give this place a try. In addition to everything I've mentioned Echo Lake has a beautiful Lake of course stunning sunsets a walk-in pool a gym with just about everything you could want and a very well maintained social area along with an Amazon hub.It's important to keep your expectations reasonable this is an apartment complex you will have neighbors to the side up and Below you in some cases they may or may not be quiet fortunately mine were over the last four years I've rented there. Sometimes maintenance will get overwhelmed the important thing is to be patient they will get to you in most cases in a more than reasonable time. Also keep in mind these apartments are not brand new but they are not outdated either and given the property and the setup in my opinion it more than makes up for brand new in a sea of baking black top.

Moving to a different state is never easy, there is so much to consider. I've visited several different apartment complexes in the area and instantly knew that this was going to be our family's new home. Initial impressions couldn't be better, great complex, a sidewalk run around the lake but still within the complex, great pool and clubhouse, and Arianna's big smile sealed the deal. The move in process took time, I had multiple requests and never felt ignored. Jodi, Juan and Arianna always respond and take care of business. Its great to have a community team that also lives onsite that you see every day. They take care of the place like its their own, and it is. Our kids love it here, there are young families here and its very easy for our little ones to find friends as well as the parents. Within 2 weeks we already have a group that we started to hang out with. The near by school Gullet is great, just a walking distance away. We are happy with our choice and appreciate what the management team has done so far to make our "across the country" move easier. Thank you!

The leasing consultant here, Juan Velasquez, does a wonderful job on providing exceptional customer service. Be sure to ask for him specifically if you plan on moving in and touring the place. He is calm and collected and does not put on a act when meeting prospecting clients. Just a good dude. As for the apartment complex itself; in summary I have nothing bad to say. The community of Echo Lakes is courteous and do not cause any trouble. I can honestly say that I am very pleased by the overall state and cleanliness of the complex. General maintenance is not perfect but seems to hold up much better than any neighboring apartments within Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch. If you're looking for a review to help sway your decision into locking in your lease here, this is it. You will be pleased with living here, just make sure Juan takes care of you!

I love it here. My neighbors are like my family. We cook for each other and take turn dropping the kids off to school. I hope my rent doesn’t increase so much when I renew this year because I’ve been here 2 years and I don’t want to leave. It’s safe, clean and the staff is so attentive.
