When I was a tenant, my neighbors allowed their young child to walk a very large dog that he could not control. This resulted in my small dog getting a chunk of her ear bit off. I wanted to confront the neighbors about the vet bill but was told not to by the office staff. They said they would handle it. I moved out but continued emailing with the office. After 9 months of “I will let you know” and “I’m sorry I’ve been out of town” I was just informed their attorney says there is nothing they can do. When I asked for the contact information (so I could file a claim myself) they said they can’t give out that information and I should check Public Records. How tf am I supposed to do find them without a name!? Thanks a lot for stringing me along and making a bad situation even worse.

I've lived here for 2 months and have been impressed by the staff. I signed my lease while living in another state, without ever having seen the apartment. There were some minor maintenance issues, but those were all fixed promptly. The rent is higher than what I'm used to, but that's the case everywhere now. It's a good value for the apartment and amenities. Package delivery is secure, whether it is given to the management office (USPS) or left outside your front door (Amazon). The management (Neisha) is professional and willing to work with you. Some live on site and they are easily accessibly during business hours Monday-Saturday. The leasing staff (Bri) even gave me her personal number when I was moving in on a Sunday when the office is closed. I've enjoyed the community events they host biweekly and the printer in the communal lounge.

Vista at Palma sola is a good apartment complex to live in. Close to grocery stores, great school districts. The office team are a great group of people. Always professional and friendly. Maintenance team is superb. Always fast and friendly to get the job done.
