Best experience possible! This complex completely changed my mind about apartment living. For the last thirty years, I've owned or leased homes. I never thought I'd be comfortable in an apartment community. Wow! I couldn't have been more wrong. From the tour, application process, move-in, my dwelling. the complex amenities (sweet pool and BBQ/Fireplace/entertainment area/TWO full gyms/clubhouse) and maybe most importantly, the people. Residents are great. People are friendly but not up in everyone's business. Staff is AMAZING! Property managers and maintenance crew are attentive, timely and thorough. Location is Ideal. GT Bray Park, one of the most pristine and dynamic in all of Florida, is just a couple hundred yards away. Public and private beaches are a thirty minute bike-ride or ten minute drive. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, just a fifteen minute trip. I thought I'd be here short term, but alas... I'll be re-signing for a third year soon.

Worst place I ever lived in my life on this Earth it's a very low life community a very life community a very stinky smelly dirty pool that all the pounds are filthy dirty to the animals Bailey are surviving the shaving the sewer is over the water pipes it's polluted we went with water food I without 5 days and when hurricane Irma came through all the windows imploded they treat you like garbage and they promote a promote people who are very very cruel and abusive
