This was by far my favorite store over the past few years. I guess now it’s under new management and to hell the customer service is going. I think the new lady is Sylvia and I’ll update if the name is incorrect. I shop here weekly buy items by the case. Kale, sea weed, spinach, ect. I normally buy up to 20 avocados at a time. Average spending is close to 500 a week sometimes more. If I have a problem with bad produce I have over the past 3 years simply showed them a photo of the bad item and they effortlessly replace it without issue. Not today. I informed the new cashier that I had 2 bad avocado’s out of the last batch of 20 I purchased and she said nothing can be replaced without a receipt. I am floored because I have never had this experience before. Seems like I’ll have to revisit my old sprouts Because I prefer good service where I spend my money. And I’ll start to keep my receipts which is a headache.

Clean store friendly staff. Well stocked shelves. They carry quality deli meats and fresh made sandwiches.

Good place with plenty of options. If you're looking for healthy stuff and a shop that actually has shopping carts available, this is where you wanna go. Oh, if you grab stuff out of the buns, make sure to mark the lot number on the tags available. One cashier got a little unhinged because I forgot one the first time I visited. I now make sure to include two tags and write the number on the bag as well.

I was impressed by the selection of goods available, my favorite area being the deli. I highly recommend the Classic Chicken sandwich on sourdough bread. Their prices were higher than I like but when they offer a bargain, it's almost a giveaway. I will watch their weekly ads closely to get the best deals. Tons of fresh produce; you can taste the difference. 👍
