Seafood staff has a horrible costumer service. The employee had me wait for minutes there while he was recording videos of himself and coworker. And then he didn’t even know the information about the fish I was buying.

I normally visit this place mid-morning I did notice today I purchased some strawberries and the strawberries are not all the same size I have also included a picture of how the normal size of a strawberry should look and what I received.I made another visit today and I happen to see a elderly gentleman and one of those grocery cart chairs that is remote control I take it he was there with his son this buggy broke down in the bakery department they were there for 20 minutes until I decided to go to the front to let someone know that he stuck back there they said they'll send someone back it crunk up it made him down by the milk department stopped cereal department stop meat department I was in the store for an hour when I left they were broken down in the food department I also went to the bread department and this is what I had to witness with a child the stalker was stocking bread I had to look at 🍑

Person working customer service GREG was very unprofessional, I saw him give attitude to a couple of people while I was waiting in the customer service line. When an older lady asked about a refund he said I don't want to deal with that, call a manager. He even yelled at the self check out employee. After waiting 30 mins for my turn at customer service, he didn't even acknowledge me, he was very rude. I don't know if he was having a bad day but you really shouldn't treat customers and other employees this way. I felt bad for the self check out cashier he yelled at she really didn't deserve that.

I love going to this Kroger location. It's better than going to Walmart or any other store for food. The quality of the food way better than others, and fresher as well. I also love the fact that they carry my favorite drinking water, Crazy Water, which is produced from wells here I'm Texas as well.
