Employee Ty!!!! Thank you, thank you for your superb customer service! You made my experience at autozone a carefree one. You were happy to check my battery and help me with a brand new one. You even put it in for me! Afterwards you helped me replace a tail light! I do not live in the area but I will drive back to this location because as a woman you made me feel comfortable and confident to get what i need for my car. Sincerely thank you! PS… He deserves a raise😉

It's not O'Reilly's and they never have employees to help the customers It's always just one employee with a line of people and a lot of people walk out because of the wait the only reason I even go in a auto zone is because of my customers cause I have a car repair business what a joke but have to go were customers want

I was just helped by Fred for a battery replacement after going to two other Autozones that couldn't help. Even though he was busy with other customers, he helped everyone and me quickly and with a great attitude. Glad I stopped here!

I highly recommend this store than any other stores in Town. The reasons behind the recommendation are following, 1) The employees are very courteous and knowledgeable (Not like nearby stores like 3344 N Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75150 and 4714 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043) 2) The store looks very well organized 3) The store manager (Dee Dee), she is very knowledgeable and helpful. For battery issues I always goes only on AutoZone because I trust AutoZone. So, there was a battery replacement requirement happened to my car. So, I went to 4714 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043 AutoZone to replace my battery. They told; we will sell you the battery, but we will not install it for you…!!! Then I went to 3344 N Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75150 store for the battery replacement. Two persons from the store came and look my car and both told they can’t install new battery. Finally, I went to 529 N Galloway Ave #15, Mesquite, TX 75149. I just told I need battery replacement for my car. Suddenly, an employee came from the store and checked. She went inside and bought the store manager – Dee Dee…!!!!!!. And that’s it, she replaced the battery in few minutes…!!! She is not like other store managers; she is knowledgeable and helpful. Because of the actions of above two stores, I became skeptical about AutoZone. Now I know, If there is store managers like Dee Dee, there is no chance for doubting AutoZone..!!
