The apartment complex has really done a 360. Things have improved 100 percent. The new manager has gotten on top here. We can pay our tent online, park our cars with out them getting towed. And the maintaining here has improved as well. My ac went out and it was fixed and cooling with a quickness. Grateful for Victoria and the big big big improvements she has made.

So my friend was really excited to move in here. He said Victoria had provided excellent customer service well a few days we were talking and I asked him how things were coming along and he said he had paid the fees and deposits. A day or two later I asked i9f had a move in date and he said he had received two different letters with 2 different addresses. He tried calling these people for clarification and he got nowhere. I can confirm this as I was sitting with him when he tried calling them and could not get an answer from anyone in the office. He called for like two days before someone bothered to call him back and the just gave him an attitude over the phone when he tried to explain to them that all he wanted was to pull his application and they got nasty with him telling him they weren't going to refund any of his monies! ALMOST $400.00!! What kind of service is he to expect after moving here if he can't even get service after they have taken his money...SMDH

I've lived in these apartments for the last 3 years. We are now under new management and the apartments are going down hill. For a month, we haven't been able to pay our rent online and I have some maintenance requests I need to fill out, but I can't because the website is still not available. I have tried many times to speak with someone about this matter but the front office is NEVER open. On February the 16th I called the front office about a question concerning my rent and a African American woman answered the phone. I tried to ask her why I still could not pay my rent online and she put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to walked down to the office and talk to her in person. Come to find out, she had left the office and put a sign on the door saying she would be back at 2:30pm. I was livid! In the 3 years I have lived here I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Karen, the old property manager would have NEVER allowed this to happen. I can tell my stay here in the future is not looking good.

I loved these apartments when i first moved in but now everything is going downhill. We’re not able to pay rent online anymore, with no word on when the portal will be back up and running, and every time i call the office there’s no answer. When I did try to address the issue I was sent a link to get a quote, not the portal link I had asked for. They repainted the balcony and got paint on my furniture, towed my car when I had submitted my parking pass the day before, and right now the temperature in my apartment is 88 degrees and the emergency maintenance number doesn’t work anymore.
