Worst apartments ever. Roaches everywhere. They never fix anything. AC didn't come on until April 28th. At that point it was already way too hot outside. If you tried to put a window unit in they wanted to charge you $100 a day. The "security" there is just useless. All in all disgusting apartments with homeless people everywhere digging through the trash, breaking people's doors down and living in the laundry unit and vacant units.

Haven't moved there was thinking on it until I couldn't get a call back. Afterwards I kept getting emails from management setting a viewing AFTER I TOLD THEM IM NOT INTERESTED ANY MORE. Their response in these reviews reflect the cookie cutter template responses in the emails. They don't do their due diligence in any aspect of their job and this is from somebody who just inquired about moving there I'd hate to have actually lived there. They need to he sued like these other apartments of theyre still not fixing anything period. .make sure if you stay there you pay your rent on time then sue them

yes. power, garbage, water is all included with monthly rent. if i am not mistaken, the monthly rent payment includes renters insurance too. the problem is parking. everybody is paying for reserved parking for spots near their door so you have to park 100 or 200 yards down the way. then you have to apply for a visitor pass so guests cannot park unless you have a tag ready for them. if you don’t plan ahead during office hours then you are out of luck because the tow truck does come through here. $320 a pop and that was 2 years ago. could cost more or less for the impound fees at this time 2020
They don't care about us, but want us to pay 1000.00 with promises to make it better
I'm so sorry that you had to go through that those apartments are literally trash I give them a couple of more months and it probably will be wined up getting condemned you might have to go to the Texas Workforce Commission because they are the ones responsible for the fair Housing Act

the problem with roaches is the exterminators, by law, cannot place the poison where it has the most effect. tradewind has been using the same pest control company for a while but i ran into 1 of the employees from the pest control out in the parking lot when he was making his rounds. i spoke to the office and got the go-ahead to have this guy come in and poison for roaches even though we just completed a 4-week extermination program. he told me about the laws & regs, then the habits of cockroaches. he knew what he was doing because i haven’t seen a roach in this place since he was here sometime last year. in other words, it takes an exterminator that knows what he is doing otherwise you will never get rid of the roaches. before i met this guy, management did a complete bomb 2 different times and pest control was in there every week for 3 months. never could get rid of the roaches. the poison must be applied in a very specific couple of places

They cater to the Hispanics and the mgt isn't as professional as they should be. Run away..
