Previous management and staff were extremely rude. I hated coming on the first to pay my rent. The vibes in the office was not good. Ever since new management and staff came along I love being greeted from Jenn and Lily . I like to get my coffee and bring my dog Luna to the office. She always gets treats from Cynthia. Maintenance is awesome. I request a work order and same-day it is complete. Great customer service all around. Love new management and staff!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!You have been warned. Ever since I moved in I experienced nothing but hell here I park my car in the visitors it gets towed mind you I registered my car but the app wasn’t working but that’s not it 2 weeks later it’s gets stolen mind you I parked next to cameras and it still gets stolen I asked for help and etc but the leasing office claimed they have no cameras then when I pointed out 3 cameras in front of them they quickly say they don’t work. So you mean to tell me they are for decoration how are we supposed to feel safe if they have cameras for decoration??!Any way that’s not the end of it the water quality is very poor like 70% cloudy 30% water it’s little holes everywhere throughout the apartment for little bugs to come in and just more to it🤦🏽‍♀️but like I said if you want/ love you items and car DO NOT MOVE HERE they will take it and the police nor leasing office won’t do nothing about it. You have been warned.

The move in process was a little rocky to start off. But closer to my move-in date this property was purchased and new management was put into place. This is when everything became much easier!! The new staff Jennifer and Cynthia made sure I had everything I needed!!! If you are looking for an affordable place to live without a hassle…they will definitely walk you through each step and make sure you have everything you need!! Move in day will be a breeze!!! My fridge went out the first week I moved in. I went in on Saturday to let them know about the issue, maintenance was at my door within the next hour. My fridge was replaced on Monday. No hassle. No stress. These two ladies will get you squared away!!!

Up until about a month ago, even after I decided not to renew my lease, I had no problems with my apartment. Other than a little noisy downstairs neighbor (even that wasn't often), I never had any issues. Maintenance was fast, office staff friendly, neighbors kept to themselves, all was well. The moment the apartment owners changed, all of a sudden, I'm running into a wall. I have sent 3 emails to the addresses I was given for the assistant manager - to which, I still have not gotten a response. No one wants to claim responsibility for an extra security deposit I had to pay in the beginning of my lease due to more than 3 years lapse in rental history. I have an email from the previous owner stating I would receive a refund should I not renew my lease after 12 months. Now, because I am not receiving a response, I have to find a way to reach out to whomever is the supervisor of the apartment management team. Because I'm not getting any help by trying to go through the appropriate chain of command. Very disappointed in how business is being handled under the new management.
