I lived in these apartments during the pandemic I couldn't get out fast enough. Experienced discrimination from the property manager very rude and nasty. They decided not to renew my lease even though I never had any issues just based off pure hatred. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not to mention the smell from old rotten wood in the kitchen cabinets and bathroom just keep painting over it instead of replacing it!!! Didn't even want to cook in because of the smell. Nicest person was the mailman.

DO NOT MOVE HERE they are quick to tow your vehicle and you will have to pay 500 plus to get it out there are WAY BETTER places to move other than these apartments not only that but I heard rodents in the walls constantly I am so glad my lease is up the staff is RUDE and do not care about your issues as long as they are getting paid they could care less there also was someone firing fireworks at 3 am couldn’t sleep they did this for 3 days straight crime is bad here there was a shooting not to long ago I am disappointed in myself for not listening to the reviews the first time do not live here you WILL regret it!!!!!!

Probably because it was not picked up by the on call maintenance. I would be at the office in the morning .Sorry. You do have rights, read your lease .Tell them All of your loss items. I hope you have renters insurance.
I've been waiting 5 weeks now myself. This new management has been a joke.
You may want to document the details, times you called who your talking to and log the person who makes repairs. If your a/c goes out again and you can't get a real a/c company. Call the city and make complaints. But rent is due when it is due. Check your lease , CONTACT Texas Tenant Association. It is the first apartment I moved into when I got married we were the 2nd people to move in.
Don't move here They don't fix anything, roaches everywhere, and your car gets towed even if you have a parking permit.
Our qualifying income is a minimum of 2.5 times the amount of monthly rent.
Ok you still pay rent . So your good. Write 2 requests specifically say what needs to be done. Give them 3 days. Call Garlands Neighborhood and housing service. Be specific about what you need two have repairs done to. How did it break be ready to pay for your error (if you broke it ) go down to the office see people faces look in their eyes. Also we are inundated with trying to house so many people we are running out of stuff.
Depends, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Be honest and probably needs a little more deposit.
2 occupants per bedroom. So if there are 3 total.. Must have 2 bedroom. I hope this helps.
