Bought a printer that had a very small, hard to see screen, to change the settings. Very good printer, but very hard to nanigate and adjust settings. Returned this product, bought a different one, very please now. This review is for a great, fast, easy, product return process at Best Buy in Mesquite. Will be more than happy to buy again from this merchant.

ALEXIS IN THE COMPUTER AREA WAS A BLESSING TODAY! He helped me go through several printers to decide what printer would fulfill our needs. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all printers. The buying experience was just fine, but the line queue was unacceptable. There were too little number of employees to attend to us. It can be improved by hiring more folks and expanding the check out process especially the electronics section check out process.

My husband and I arrived at the mesquite location in search of an upgrade for our current tv. We had a budget in mind including the installation. We had a young man Ismael help us. He walked us through all the best options and he was able to keep us under budget including the installation! We were very pleased with his attentiveness and knowledge!
