I honestly unable to rate reviews cause it can go from 1 to 4 stars. I don't live there anymore. My mother and I moved in 1979 through 80s. I don't know now, then it for low income or section 8 housing. At one time there a daycare on site. It was located inside of Manager's office toward back. Playground in front was for children at daycare. We lived at 1620 apt 228 in back middle. Oh yes during summer a/c would stop working. There's one huge unit for cooling and heating all units. Oh yes there was some cockroaches. Yes there was drugs too. However it wasn't bad back in days. In between front playground and studio like apts you could walk through there to go to sadlers. I went to McWhorter. Back then it was not close in school. There was no security or security gates. We moved out in our 1988. I moved ck on 1994 and then 200. That was it. You get good manager and bad ones sames as your neighbors. In 80s mailboxes was in hallways of apts not in front. Yes those apts has always gave me the creeps especially in hallways.

These apartments DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY. I’ve been looking for a solution to leave these apartments since I moved here in Aug. I’ve been hearing animal noises in my walls since living here and they have done nothing to resolve it. I’ve sent them videos of the noises and still nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️‼️

these apts are horrible, when irma was there she didn't allow any one to move in, the trash is crazy, people in hallways making a lot of noise, roaches, they don't fix things,

Im getting ready to sign my 3rd lease at these apartments. Now the apartments themselves are nothing spectacular. But for the prices what do you expect? The manager Irma and leasing agent Dante are both very helpful whenever i call. This is not your forever home but not too bad until you can figure out your next move.
