Tried to rent an apartment here, but Ricardo wasn't very helpful. I asked for a site map so I could see the locations of the currently available units, but he just kept directing me to the website...which does not have a site map. Not a great first impression to get zero help for a very simple request. A little effort in customer service goes a long way.

Amy made moving here so easy! I counted up, I have moved 10 times during my life, and moving here to Bristol Bay has been the easiest, and definitely the most beautiful move I've ever made! Thanks Amy for making this so smooth, and for having this beautiful property and my amazing apartment for me! I can't believe I'm really calling this piece of paradise home!!!!

At Perico Apartments we have a large pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, car care area, playground, two dog parks and are close to Robinson Preserve and the beaches of Bradenton.
Yes, at Perico we have large patios and all the first floor apartments have screened in patios.
Yes, Perico Apartments are approximately 1.25 miles from the beach. There are sidewalks all the way from our community to the beach.
Yes, all of our apartments except the small one bedrooms have full size washer and dryers.
Yes, Perico has two dog parks. One has an obstacle course in it.
Yes; we accept most dogs and cats, with a limit of two pets per apartment.
