No phones answered , so I made the hour and a half drive to the location only to be informed that their apartments are now 2000 per month !

Been living here since 2012. The management & ownerships have been pure trash!! They are quick to charge rent money, but slow to fix anything! It's outrageous! I recall a young Hispanic male working for Optivo Group whom has had a colostomy surgery. He was fired by that team for supposedly 'poor performance!' He had all the messages fon his phone from his managers congratulating him on great efforts, however, he has been discriminated against! SHAME ON THEM!! If anyone moves in or wants to make ve in, I RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE PICS OF THE APARTMENT, ASK APARTMENT HISTORY QUESTIONS AS TO WHOM PASSED AWAY IN THW APARTMENT, ETC!! There's activity in the apartments!!

I have lived here for almost 6 years. It is was great until the new management took over. The pool has been down since the summer. The buildings are falling apart. If you call maintenance to fix something in the apartment they find away to put the blame on you to charge for the repair. The office never picks up the phone, you leave a message and never get a call back. If you go out after 9pm you will not find any parking. It's has got to the point where people are parking on the lawn. Happy to say I'm moving out in a few weeks.

This place is the worst of the worst there is never any maintenance or anything they have that office and dial employees for absolutely nothing it is the worst their apartments are in poor condition I have time to tell you that the air does not work that the stove does not work that the sink It doesn't help that I have a water leak in the bathroom ceiling and they don't do anything apartment 7B if I could send them the videos of the water leak in the ceiling I would do it but I don't know how to do it here
