They don't have a counter person after 11 so it would be hard to get a room past that time and it would be a waste of money checking in at 2:30 a.m.

I signed in after midnight. They are not at the counter but you can buzz them and they'll wake up and come out. Better call them in advance to agree on this.
SOL after 11 p.m..... Not 24 hour Desk, you have to use a call box after 11, office is locked.
