We moved from out of town and have lived here over 4 months. We really love this place! The apartment is very nice with great floor plan and appliance. The staff at Overlook are very friendly and always here to help. The clubhouse and pool are fantastic!!! This is best apartment with great view, location, amenities and staff. I definitely highly recommend this place to friends and families.

It is an awesome apartment community and the best part is the property management team. Haley goes above and beyond for her residents. She's responsive, kind and knowledgable. The maintenance staff is extremely accommodating. I highly recommend.

We love our apartment, especially since we have one nestled in the woods. It’s very peaceful and has great views. The balcony is very spacious. I have an outdoor dining area and a hammock, so it’s great for entertaining or relaxing. The pool is great too. The kids enjoy swimming, and I love laying out in the sun. Overall, we’ve had a great experience since we’ve moved in!

This is our first experience with apartments and it feels like we are on vacation always! Residents for 9 months so far and loving this place 😌 whenever we sold our home and started looking for a place to rent the staff at Overlook really made a difference in making our decision where to stay easy. Very friendly, worked with our schedule, got the best apartment with the views, our cats felt right at home 🙂 the amenities, location and staff is awesome!!! Definitely recommend this place to friends and family that need to rent. We got one family to live here so far!
