I lived here for two years and just moved out due to a job change. My neighbors were lovely but while I was there, almost all of the staff changed... which caused me hassle and frustration at move out. I rented an apartment that wasn't newly remodeled, had the usual wear and tear, had multiple maintenance issues which I resolved and had to deal with the water company throughout my first year living there. Upon move out, I was told that I ruined the stove top and charged a late fee. As my neighbors knew (and helped water my plants, watch my car when I was away), I lived in this apartment about 6-8 months in the year and was not there for the other part of the year. I was rented this apartment (sight unseen) and was given an apartment that had wear and tear. Unfortunately, the previous manager did not mark anything (LITERALLY IT WAS EMPTY) on my move in sheet despite there being multiple (six) maintenance requests and fixes during my first week that bled into months of living here. I left this apartment in better if not the same condition, but I was told I would not get my security deposit back and various other charges even after talking in person about these charges as well as being charged full rent instead of the prorated amount on my online portal. I didn't even know it was legal you could be charged full rate online after signing a move out and prorated rent agreement. Even after reaching out in email and in person about discrepancies, these issues were not resolved, and I was still charged a late fee. Disappointed in the money stealing behavior on move out. This is a warning that Greystone Summit will try to get you for any little thing they can. Make sure the management lists any and all issues in the apartment on their own paperwork or take pictures when moving in because even if management knows..that management will be replaced and then you will be back to arguing. Ultimately, the neighbors/people who live here are friendly, but the staff changes and the lack of transparency with administration are not desirable. I would not choose to live here if I could go back in time. I was warned by both my neighbors’ downstairs and across the hall that management is terrible but moving out of here really cemented that.

They will smile to your face while you live there.....but when you leave, its a different story. And if you're out of contract, the notice doesn't have to be 60 days. They'll take your money (with a smile I might add) and avoid telling you that the LAW is 30 days. So, they will gladly steal from you if you are unaware of the legality. Don't fall for that lie! In the end, they are like every other major corporation. $$$ is all you are to them.

I visited several communities prior to my selection of Greystone Summit. What I found most appealing in this community is the quiet neighbor setting. I am new to apartment Living and I love the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. It is well maintained and the management team is extremely helpful and friendly. I am super excited about this next chapter in our lives.

Luxury apartments with great staff and community! The apartments are very sound proof as well as having luxury features. My one-bedroom apartment has 1075 sq. ft. We have monthly events like wine tasting, trivia, Octoberfest, and an awesome pool party in the summer. The amenities are amazing. The saltwater pool is resort style with lots of room to relax in the sun. Every building has a grill pad (space to grill) as well as a huge stainless steel gas grill at the pool. The fitness center is excellent. Not what you would expect at an apartment community. But what makes this place so great is the staff. They are friendly and respond quickly to any issues you may have. I have lived here almost 7 years and have loved it. I feel very safe here and that gives me peace of mind that allows me to relax.
