The staff employed at Ad Astra Running are fun and caring individuals who only want the best for their customers. They are ready to have conversations . . . about anything, not just running; they want to know you, the customer. They are personable and professional. I love that they are not hoverers who continually ask if they can help you find something or push a sale and try to get you to buy something. They make initial contact as soon as you come in through their door and afford you the autonomy of exploration; they are there if you have questions and quick to help when you do. Their staff includes runners of varying abilities emphasizing a belief that anyone and everyone is welcome in their store. They host many runs and events throughout the community with the purpose of exposing and promoting an active lifestyle and togetherness as well as the support of local businesses. I have always had a sense of belonging and acceptance at Ad Astra; making many friends over the years. I highly recommend a visit during your next trip downtown!
