I have been here a couple years now and will stay several more years. Compared to my past experience with living in apartments, it feels more like home to me here. The amenities are great and the lighted sidewalks throughout are great for walking the dog, running or walking. The mountain views, sunrises and sunsets are amazing. For New Years and the Fourth of July, you can sit on your balcony or at the top of the hill and see fireworks for miles. The community garden and the dog park are great. Maintenance workers are quick to reply and the property is always well maintained. I love it here!

Staff here are the best I've ever encountered, seriously! Grounds are gorgeous and very well-kept, amenities are excellent. It's a pet-friendly community, yet it's also very quiet. Location couldn't be better for shopping, gas, and groceries. Food trucks are a regular occurrence in warmer months and there are also fun community get-togethers a few times every year- a great way to get to know your neighbors!

I work in Knoxville during the week and needed an apartment 3 years ago. Greystone has been the best rental experience that I have ever had. The residents and staff are so welcoming and kind. It is my home away from home and although I will leave one day in the next few years, I will truly miss this place.
