I love living at Camden Spring Creek. The maintenance staff helps me continually and takes excellent care of my unit. I can rely on them. My favorite staff person is John Adams. He is an essential part of the team and makes each encounter a pleasure. Excellent service all around - the office staff is very resident friendly! Well done!

When screening our applicants, we use a third-party verification company that assesses multiple factors such as debt-to-income ratio, credit history, rental history, and in some states performs a criminal background check. We do not have a specific number that needs to be met, all of these factors are reviewed collectively and the third party notifies us of acceptance.
