I love love love living at Cortland Spring Apartments. Great area and zoned to a Texas high ranking school district. The complex is always kept extremely clean and is almost surrounded by trees and even a pond which always brings turtles, beautiful birds and even rabbits around the apartments. Nice gym, car cleaning station and you couldn’t ask for a better community. I never once had to deal with loud music, rowdy neighbors or any type of theft or break-ins. If you are looking for a place to move your family this is definitely the place to be!
