The nursing staff has been caring for my mother and she is happy with the service and care she is receiving. The staff has been very friendly and thanks to the care she has received she is healing and looking forward to going home. The meals have been very well prepared and the portions were plenty. The facility is very nice and plenty for the people living there. The facility is conveniently located just a few minutes of the Grand Parkway 99 which makes it easy to visit at any time of the day. I am glad we brought our mother here for her nursing care and rehab after surgery.

Horrible experience day one. Patient has to be on oxygen 24/7 and was placed on a malfunctioning oxygen machine so nurse put her on an oxygen tank which was then removed from the room as soon as her children left. She was then placed back on the same machine that kept stopping. How do you put a patient on an oxygen machine that you know is malfunctioning? When patient altered her son the staff could not give a reasonable answer except to say they were short on oxygen tanks so she couldn't have one. So apparently they think it is ok to leave her on a broken oxygen machine- this is not acceptable.
