Omg 😳 I’ve never seen so many bad reviews for one place! I viewed a two bedroom townhouse and got super excited because I was planning to come by tomorrow to submit an application but after reading all the awful reviews, I’ll pass on these and look elsewhere. I could understand maybe a few bad reviews but majority of the reviews I’ve read about this place is really bad so that means that it’s some truth to what everyone is saying. Everyone isn’t lying so no, I’m good, on to the next lol 😂 ✌️

The time the leasing office closes is different from what they have on google

Ms. Bridgette has been exceptionally helpful through my entire leasing process. Since moving in Ive needed a few **minor** things looked at/handled from maintenance and it was done within a couple of days, just as expected & told it would be. I can’t really agree/disagree with the other reviews left, for me it’s been a good experience so far. The housing guidelines are pretty simple to follow. Should you choose to do as they ask or not seems to determine how well your living experience will go here - but to my knowledge that’s the case with any HOA or property management. Definitely not nearly as rough as I would expect from reading the other reviews.

I live here and I don’t have nothing else to said that I been waiting to use the pool since the summer start. The pool been green and nasty. So sad and disappointed

Are you going to warn all the new tenants this time about how it has flooded twice in two years?

My in laws had water almost to the second floor. The downstairs was completely gone! Sad thing is they had advertisements about a week after Harvey for new remodeled units 🙄

Is it as bad as the comments I,ve read. Such as the loud music, mops, and clothing hangingfrom balcony

Honestly, I LOVED it there. People were decent, the area was safe, and the apartments were in decent condition. One of the best places I’ve lived, until hurricane Harvey hit. Not the apartment owners’ fault that we had six feet of water come in, that was really a random act of God. But like I said, I loved the place. Wish I hadn’t had to leave.

Hi. My wife and I with our 2 babies lived there mid 2017 up to when Harvey hit- we had SIX FEET of water in the first floor, destroyed absolutely everything. The apartments didn’t tell us they had flooded only the year previously
