Honestly, I LOVED it there. People were decent, the area was safe, and the apartments were in decent condition. One of the best places I’ve lived, until hurricane Harvey hit. Not the apartment owners’ fault that we had six feet of water come in, that was really a random act of God. But like I said, I loved the place. Wish I hadn’t had to leave.
Ayana Martin How does the complex manage during rain storms when it comes to flooding...
Come on down and see for yourself! We are really excited about what the new year holds for Park at Woodland Springs. If you have some time this week, feel free to stop by for a tour of the community.
No ma'am absolutely NOT!
No. There is no balconies here. All townhomes. Verrrrrrrry quiet! Let me be frank, these are some of the most beautiful townhomes in houston for affordable housing. Everywhere you go, they'll be random problems. But this place is nice. CONROE ISD is the best school district! They dont play. Never take anyone's word, bc you don't know the story behind their complaint. Find out YRSELF, DRIVE BY AT NIGHT! This place is cool. Pin drop quiet! MONTGOMERY COUNTY DON'T PLAY... now every few weeks, trash is out of control. But trust, it's cleaned by 9. Manicured lawns, grass. Very well kept! Issues are handled asap.
