They treat people horribly. One person was courteous & helpful, two others seem to think it’s ok to treat people badly. Disrespectful & condescending making decisions with no substantial reasons

Terrible service. I call them everyday and I'm just being transferred from one person to another. I have left voice messages everyday and no one returns the call. Each time the wait is over 40 mins. Super slow on everything.

Ask them to have your name taken off the "list". The list is probably from her office manager attempting to obtain listings in a desirable area. The information also may be from vacation sites you have inquired of in the past.

How do I schedule my real estate exam

Heather Collins | Sep 16, 2020
Jonathan Davis | Sep 16, 2020

Go to the Ohio division of real estate licensing web page and click on Real estate and Professional Licensing at the top of the page. From the drop down menu click on licensing. Cluck on View Licensing Page. Under Broker/Agent click on Salesperson License exam application. Print the application out and fill it out. You can mail the application with a check or money order for $81.00 to The Ohio Division of Proffesional licensing. It will take a few weeks to receive and Email stating you are eligible to schedule the exam. From the Email there is a link to schedule. Follow the prompts and schedule. You will have to pay an additional $41.00 to schedule the exam. Make sure to schedule both state and National. Also if you are close to Columbus it is easier to take your application. To the Division of Real Estate located on the 20th Floor of the Rife tower. You will recieve and email to schedule the exam within 5-7 days. Mail certs too. Good luck

I feel my agent is working for the buyer instead of me, the seller. What is my recourse?

Christina Mcconnell | Sep 16, 2020
Walter Leap | Sep 16, 2020

You "feel" your agent is working for the buyer? In what way? The agent is to be honest and truthful yet keep personal information confidential. The agent can not disclose information that would compromise your bargaining position.

That is up to the Division. The Broker Transfer application asks if you have any outstanding complaints. I would advise calling and speaking to the investigator. Mike Hall Red1Realty

where can I find my CE credits so far

Carol Sommer | Sep 17, 2019
Shannon Grimm | Sep 17, 2019

You can look up the classes you signed up on the Divisions website under "Online License Lookup" however, you need the printed certificate to get credit for the class. The Division only has record of what you signed up for and not what you attended. Hope that helps.
