I'd give less than 1 star if I could. I've been on the phone for almost an hour and ten minutes. I think I'll have to make an in person visit because no one answers the phone in the brief 4 hours the office is physically open and the hotline is the same number but won't answer either. This is ridiculous.

I cut myself real bad out in the woods I had like a 45 minute walk back to my car then I was going to go to the emergency room but I wasn't sure if my insurance would cover it so I called this number and after going through the automated system they then ask you the same questions all over again and the first lady hung up on me because she said she couldn't hear me that I had to keep it down and I told her I'm out in the woods walking back to my car I can't keep it quiet I'm cut badly and trying to find out if my insurance covers the emergency room so she hangs up on me. I call back again wait for about 20 minutes and get Mariah on the phone she complains that she can't hear me I explained to her that I'm bleeding badly I need to know if my insurance covers me to go to the ER room and she hangs up on me also. I finally had to call him Medicare and it was a very simple thing for them to do I asked them they looked me up and said yes you were covered to go get there as quick as you can do you need me to call you an ambulance? That was the kind of service I was looking for but that was through Medicare phone number not this place. This place is just rude people and they don't care if you're bleeding to death or not.

I got a call from here, but the number is hacked. It came up as potential spam, and they called on the weekend. As well as directing me to a .com instead of a .gov Don’t give the number your information

I also will be turning 65 in august. and on Medicaid. will I still be on this and medicare ? does medicade pay for medicare like in some states? need to know thanks
You need to contact your local Job and Family Services (JFS). They may be charging a patient liability - which is the portion of the bill the patient is responsible for. Your local JFS should be able to tell you if that is the case.
hi Ohio of Medicaid
Yes, Medicaid can help but you will most likely have to exhaust all your spare income first, if you haven't already. You need to find a Community Care Coordinator or call an area agency on aging, explain your situation, and ask for referrals for assistance. I know it's not much information but I hope it heads you in the right direction. There are Area Agency on Aging places that you can call, start there. Best regards.
Contact your local job and family services and ask for verification of no longer having coverage.
Call your plan
Cards are provided by the HMO... so you will need to contact United Healthcare to request a card
Yes,, but call your orthodontist first and ask if they take Medicaid
The first day that a person Medicaid coverage is active

You can call 844-640-6446 to find out the status of your application. Be prepared to answer a few questions - the county you are in and your identifiers (date of birth and SSN). Applications take approximately 30 days to process and are handled by your local county job and family services.
It's an administrative office and requires an appointment with someone to get past security. So, figure the hours are 8 to 5, but you'll need to know with whom you wish to meet and that they are available to escort you into the building.
It is your long term care services if you were in a nursing home for rehab that would be it . Your regularl medical should continue but you may want to contact your local job and family service agency to be sure.
Yes they are you'll have to apply for a program called the waiver program once approved for the program. You'll be allotted a certain amount of funds each year and that funding will cover the installation of a ramp. Due be advised that the process maybe quite a lengthy waiting period. Once granted the funding they will have to have bidders come out and estimate the installation and then there's place their bid to Ohio Medicaid and then they'll approve it or not then they'll begin the building of the ramp. And you do not get to choose what type of material of a ramp you would like
I can't help I'm just new in town friend thanks.
