Yes they are you'll have to apply for a program called the waiver program once approved for the program. You'll be allotted a certain amount of funds each year and that funding will cover the installation of a ramp. Due be advised that the process maybe quite a lengthy waiting period. Once granted the funding they will have to have bidders come out and estimate the installation and then there's place their bid to Ohio Medicaid and then they'll approve it or not then they'll begin the building of the ramp. And you do not get to choose what type of material of a ramp you would like
