Waited 39 minutes on hold to be told that Mr Yost was not in the business of helping Ohio citizens/ consumers. The representative danced around the problem suggesting I call many other departments. My request was simple asking the AG to make a request for information in a fraud case, but with no willingness to help. Mr Yost does not take calls and he does not care about the citizens of Ohio, oh yea except for election time. Let’s send him into retirement! This rating should be a minus 5 star

All links to consumer complaint forms or other links are not working. Seems like the Governor should get involved. Many complaints about rudeness when reading the reviews.

Just got hung up on by one of their representatives as I was explaining my vote registry keeps disappearing and I keep being asked to go vote provisionally lady was very rude didn't want to hear what I have to say. More proof that our government is crooked corrupt..

My understanding is that you offer what you are able reasonably to pay. They are not supposed to deny you. Work with them so they dont do something like get a lawyer. I know i pay what i can. They cant get what you dont have. Collectors want more because they get a portion of what tbey recover. Peace

Your stupid. the federal government never calls on the phone. They use the US Mail for all correspondence.

I am an owner of a 2016 Hyundai Tucson which has a severe transmission issue. I have called 10 times to Hyundai consumer affairs and have not received a phone call back to get this issue fixed. Whats my next step?

Dont back down keep calling a Supervisor or something . As a grandma you can get custody but you must file for it. If you can get a lawyer do it right away. Hop over the bottom people fi d out who csn help you. You didnt finish what else? The child is what? Everybody misses a call dont let them bully you.

My 16 year old granddaughter received a check for $2960 today written from the Bank of New York Mellon but I have no idea what it is for or if it is a scam. How can I find out information on this?

Call the bank tell them your checking was this written. Dont cash first. Talk to bank. If they wrote it they will tell you why. Otherwise dont cash first if its bad you wont know it til later. Then you may have to pay it back
