Some employers make it known employees have no right to privacy at work. Usually in like a handbook or something. But employees have to right to privacy at work, or for that matter freedom of speech at work.

Hi April. No it is not, if you don't have a password or pin, it's perfectly legal. If you do though, that is illegal because that is hacking. Sounds like you need to find a new employer honestly. Hopes this helps.
