My in laws had water almost to the second floor. The downstairs was completely gone! Sad thing is they had advertisements about a week after Harvey for new remodeled units 🙄

First flood was 3-4 feet of water inside. Second I heard the whole downstairs flooded. With the overpass being built on Rayford road I would not chance your family and belongings. I was involved in the first flood of 2016. I lost almost everything downstairs. When we were told we could we could move things upstairs and they would be secured we we're told to leave All of my jewelry, my son's ps3, and games were stolen from the workers sent to repair our units. We waited six months to move home. I loved living there had lived there 10 years. When we got to move home the office never told the new people to get flood insurance. I was told it was up to them even after I gave the office a number to give to the new residents. Some of the old residents and I warned people to purchase it. Then with Harvey it flooded again. So I hope you warn people now. The second flood we we're told we had to move. I never received my pet deposit back, only my security deposit. I didn't move back there.

It floods BAD in that area

Park At Woodland Springs Apartments | Nov 6, 2019

Hi Kenny, We will always warn our residents of potential flooding as soon as we become aware of the situation. We are deeply troubled by the flooding caused by last year's hurricane and how it impacted so many families within our community. It was a truly devastating experience for everyone. We would like to apologize for any discomfort the flooding may have caused you. If you or anyone you know requires immediate assistance, please do not hesitate to call the Resident Hotline at (866) 715-5400. Happy New Year's!

How bad did it flood? Was it like just where the parking lot is or does the water actually go into the homes? And if so how many fts was it?
