Chris I think that was his name got me in and out with a tire repair before i headed back to St. Louis Friendly people and good customer regardless of the a random hazmat situation that happened outside of the shop while my vehicle was getting service. Shoutout to spire *sarcasm*

When I lived in KC this used to be my go to shop. I've spent thousands of dollars with KC Autoworx. I've recommended people to this shop. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they stand behind their work. I had an AC compressor replaced by them. It went out in a few months. They replaced it with no questions asked. The second compressor they replaced it with went out again in less than a year. 20k miles and thousands of dollars later I'm told there is nothing they can do because I had another shop replace it for me. Rather than expecting customers to continue coming back to fix issues that the shop should take responsibility for you guys should just offer a fair refund. I have all the bills and pictures to prove that the second one failed in an unreasonable time frame. Expecting a customer whose loyalty you lost to continue to come back given this track record is frustrating and disappointing.

Came here with a bubble in my tire and they fixed it so fast for a reasonable price. Going to be my new place for car maintenance and repairs!
