First off, i just wanna say from the very first moment I inquired about this property to the time i moved in and even up until my first full week has been Nothing but delightful and pleasant. Destiny was Veryy patient and very informative with all my questions and concerns. She made sure everything was taken care of and the communication was phenomenal. At move in everything was a walk in the park, i was nervous about things not being ready, but they Were and everything is Perfect ! I absolutely LOVEEE the apartment. And so far maintenance has been wonderful with tending to requests. I literally have ZERO complaints and im soo glad i chose this property as my first apartment for me and my baby. I would definitely recommend, New resident as of 7/29 ! UPDATE, 9/6/22. i just want to Point out the fact that the parking here is very very very limited. Which can be a huge inconvenience if you have visitors, it’s also a bit unfair if you are paying your bills , there should be some kind of accommodation to your guests, now that i am reading reviews more thoroughly this seems to have been an issue for a few years now, hopefully this review will encourage the management to make some adjustments to accommodate Atleast one extra pass for those who would like guests over… If you are someone who has company often then this probably won’t be the place you want to call home because chances are your visitors will be turned around or Towed. If u are a Loner and don’t expect anyone over then you are good To go . Otherwise keep in mind . That there is almost no parking available, especially on weekends.so i did have to be honest and update my review and change from 5 to 4 stars because this is very disappointing and can be very frustrating to have your company incur a towing charge whilst trying to visit you. 11/4 Update: I have sent an email to the owner who responded to this post and i have yet to hear back from anyone. Im hoping someone can get back to me in regards to the limited parking.

This is a nice community. The only thing I don't like is that there is no security here on the premises 24hrs and their only here after something happens and then their gone. There is also no camera surveillance. It is very peaceful for the most part. But those security issues is the reason I give them 3 stars

I would enjoy living here a lot more if they could get rid of those annoying and noisy weed smoking residents who think they can live here without having to go to work every day in order to afford their rent, which costs over $1000 per month for a one bedroom outdated apartment without a washer/dryer! I didn’t realize this apartment community allowed Section 8 housing. Got to go at the earliest opportunity, otherwise I am the one who is going to have to find a different apartment as my leasing contract draws to a close.

Lease terms are generally 12 months, but each community has their own lease terms. Please contact the community you’re interested in for more information.
Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Some of our communities have dog wash stations, while others feature Bark Parks and other dog walking amenities. Please refer to the community page you’re interested in for a full list of pet amenities.
MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.
Many of our communities have on site recycling. Please refer to the community page that you’re interested in for a full list of amenities or contact the community directly for more information.
