This is a follow up review and feedback from when I wrote my first review almost a year ago. I was extremely fortunate to have been referred by a close friend who heard excellent reviews of Abbey Lake Wyndemere. Overall, this has been a great place for me to reside. I couldn't ask for a more well rounded property and staff to follow. Being that I prioritize health and physical fitness, Lake Wyndemere offers several amenities that I take advantage of on almost a daily basis. Property management constructed an official indoor basketball court remodel with sound proof walls and authentic hardwood floors. The basketball gym and set-up is A+. There are several other amenities including a large exercise room, business office, pool with lake view, and guest lounge with pool table and entertainment area. The one thing I like most about this property is that it is highly secured, very quiet and well maintained with a friendly staff who pay attention to your immediate requests. So, if you're looking for a place that is well priced and offers really good value, then I would highly recommend giving Lake Wyndemere a try. I give it 5 stars. I always feel like I'm on vacation when I'm here! Very peaceful and unlike any other property I have resided at in the past.

they will literally come and tow ur car and not tell u anything about it, will just put a sticker. they towed my car for having cobwebs on my tire. THERE ARE COBWEBS ALL OVER THESE APARTMENTS. Especially at the pond. These people ride around looking at everyones cars and cherrypicking to see whether or not they’re gonna tow it. im a resident here and there was no formal notice or communication given. And i work from home so I have no need to use my second car as often. Management said there is little they can do cause they have no control over the towing company yet there is nothing in the lease about this so called policy. This is something we should have been made aware of and Im unhappy with this service.

Phenomenal Office Staff, Maintenance Crew and A Place to call Home! I have lived many places but I have NEVER lived in a place where I never wanted to leave and I could honestly call Home! The residents here are SO WELCOMING!! Hector and Ruben, the maintenance crew, oh my stars, so polite and so fast to complete your repairs. They remember you, they talk to you and make you feel like they care not only about the issue but about you and how you’re doing. And let’s not forget about the office staff! Jaizel and Danielle never skipped a beat! From the second I applied, to the time I moved in and even now after I’ve lived here forever!! They always greet me when they see me, they are just as nice to me as they were the day they met me. The whole staff is actually! None of them have ever changed. They are always nice and professional! They care about you and your well being and will do anything to help you feel comfortable and right at home. The property is ALWAYS immaculate!! If you choose this property I can PROMISE YOU, you won’t regret it!

We have been here 2 years so far. The community is safe, and the staff is polite. Danielle Geffs has been absolutely wonderful. She has helped us since we moved in, and we love her! anytime we need something from the office, we find Danielle.
