Was a great first year here. I feel so comfortable in my quaint little apartment. Looking forward to another great year and making new memories. This place has been great and the conversion from hive to highland was seamless.

Great place to live. I'm in the beginning of my second year here and I love it. They keep up with Maintenance very well. Haven't seen a single bug in my house. It's a very nice place. I'll most likely be renewing my lease for a third year when the time comes.

i’ve been pretty happy renting here. especially for 1 bedrooms you won’t find anything more affordable than this so close to campus. just renewed for my second year despite the transition of new management

My experience living here so far has been great. The staff are very helpful and kind, and the apartment was very clean on my moving day. My only kind of gripe is the laundry machines don't seem to work reliably (I've put in a work order, which they've promptly responded to). Overall, my cat and I are very happy to be here :)
