My husband and I drove in from Texas. A 14 hr drive!! Very eager to purchase a room for a three wk period. As we were exhausted!! This ESA not only tried to take advantage of us by wanting us to pay wkly instead of in full. Which would have been double the cost. But once we paid for the room for the full 3wks we were given our room key. What we found was horrifying!! Dirty towels on the floor, beer and food in the refrigerator, and pills on the table. When we went back to the office with our complaint we were told that there was a rush of customers this afternoon. So the cleaning crew was running behind. 😂 Really!?! Check out is 11am check in is 3pm!! Now my husband and I are stuck in Tennessee with a $2300 charge on our bank that will be refunded in 4 to 5 days. Gee Thx

Very nice employee's. The room is clean and comfortable. I haven't had the breakfast but I was told it was good and quick.

Positive: Cleanliness, furniture and utensils modern and comfortable, the hotel manager and we friendly and helpful. The inside and outside of the hotel was impeccable. Negative: I wouldn¿t say I didn¿t like anything but it would have been night to have a little kitchen are to grab some quick coffee, hot water and tea bags. Overall, I had no complaints. Would definitely book again.
