We were in town for a softball tournament with my daughter. Any travel ball parent knows the amount of finances, time & energy goes into these kinds of activities. We traveled 1100 miles and 4 states. My daughter was given spending money by my in laws for all her hard work and for her to have her own spending money. As we were packing up to leave, she left the bag in the room by accident. When we realized it wasn’t in our vehicle, we called the hotel and they told us they did have it. However since we were calling after hours, we were told to call back on Tuesday between 8-2 and someone who would be able to handle those kinds of things could help us. I called back as instructed and the rep was able to send us the bag. We received the bag, but half my daughters money was missing. Spoke with a manager and he basically said there was nothing he could do. Taking the loss but not before letting people know to be careful with the dishonest staff at this hotel!

The staff was amazing! so helpful and kind the minute we walked in! Our rooms (queen suites) were clean and roomy. In one of the rooms the beds definitely needed replacing because of significant dipping in the mattresses. Facilities were clean and ready to use. Easy to walk or get delivery from local restaurants.

Great place to stay and a pretty great location for my needs. Can't remember the clerks name specifically but she worked the evening and was great. Always smiling and joking with us for the week we stayed here. I'd definitely stay here again if I need a hotel in Knoxville again. I will say the breakfast was lacking, same thing every single day, no biscuits and gravy? Or potatoes? Come on you're in the south. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars from me.

Upon arrival, there were no staff at the front desk. I walked around attempting to locate a staff member, but could not locate one. After approximately 10 minutes of waiting at the front desk, I went back out to my vehicle, which is when I located a staff member outside smoking. The room and bathroom seemed clean. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was smaller than other hotel bathrooms.
