Absolutely loved my stay! I needed a room for the night. My mom was in CCU at Parkwest. I was alone and I felt 100% safe and comfortable. The room was a little pricey for one night for one person but i was completely satisfied with my stay. The room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend!!

we had a very poor experience. we went to use the hot tub and it was out of service. then the alarm went off at 6am but we had never set it. finally in the morning we went down to the lobby at 1015am but they stop serving coffee and wouldn't even make one for purchase. what hotel doesn't have coffee???

We have stayed at this hotel several times when in Knoxville/UT. Staff and service is always excellent, from phone contact to feeling welcomed you will find none better. Breakfast offers buffet and to order, always delicious. Highly recommended. On note apart from the hotel, suggest not using Hilton's reservations phone line. The service has obviously been outsourced and not what use to be. I ordered breakfast for my family included in our stay, was assured three times by the representative our breakfast was included. It was not and the price was misrepresented as well. The hotel, staff and management is super and a great place. Happy Trails

The stay was only okay. The room was mediocre and nothing was stocked, shampoo, coffee, etc. i was extremely surprised when we were asked to pay for our breakfast when we walked up to the breakfast buffet in the morning, with staff unknowing that we had points available to use. My husband wanted only one waffle to go, and we were offered a $4 discount to get just the breakfast - yes $5 for a waffle! This was very surprising being a diamond member. Will not return to this location
