We arrived with no reservation. Our mistake! And we needed a pet-friendly hotel! Precious was very helpful with the room & made check in easy! The room was wonderful & quiet. Breakfast was on time & delicious. Really impressed by the selection. Lots of parking, dog walking area, & even electric car charging stations. We will definitely stay again on our way through & would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was nice and the service was great. Breakfast was biscuits (no gravy!), Eggs, sausage patties and links, and the usual muffin and some fruit. Coffee was not bad. Room seemed clean and they had two Keurig coffee pods in the room. Shower had good pressure. But man, no gravy on the biscuits? That's a loss of stat for me, fam.

I have absolutely nothing good or even fair to say about this hotel. Our room was so cold that for 3 days we slept in our sweat shirts. They finally fixed it. The room was never cleaned for 5 days. We had to go and ask for toilet paper at the front desk. We never had clean sheets. Wet towels we put on the floor stayed there the whole visit. The wifi never worked despite their constant telling me the it was being tended to. When I brought all of this up to the morning managers, I was not offered any sort of recompense and told that the general manager would look into it. I will now have to spend more time dealing with this.

It was a little urine smelly by the one bed, so I assume the carpet had not been shampooed from the previous stay with a pet. And I assume people possibly do not always report when they have a pet with them. But all pet rooms should be thoroughly cleaned including a could deurine cleaning after each visit. Pet-friendly rooms really should not have carpeting.
