We have stayed at this location several times. Love the location of this Hampton inn. Located just on the outskirts of Knoxville yet just close enough to the Smokies. Very convenient. Rooms are comfy. Very big breakfast. Evening cookies! Indoor pool is nice but needed to be cleaned this time so I didn't stay in very long...

Booked this hotel because I have had nothing but great things to say about the Hilton brand. They did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. Room was clean. Loved, loved, loved the digital key and check in and out on your phone. Will be back again!!!

1 night stay, the room was very clean, check in and out were a breeze. The restaurant next door was fantastic after a 10 hr drive. Couldn't hear any neighbors unless we were in the bathroom. This is absolutely a PET friendly location, so bring/take your allergy meds if you are allergic. Would stay again.

I do cleaning for a living so I'm naturally particular and critical of cleanliness. I looked for issues, hair in the bathroom floor, body hair on sheets that should have been changed etc... The cleanliness of our room was perfect 👌 Staff was very friendly and the overall facility is very well maintained. Thank you! We enjoyed our visit.
