Do not consider this place (especially if you are female) unless you can get a parking pass. My daughter has lived here for 2 weeks and it has been an unmitigated nightmare. She is barely 5 feet tall and not exactly the most intimidating person. Unfortunately she does not have a parking pass and is #25 on a waiting list. So she does not have the gated access protection from her car to her living space. There is a satellite area that is always full. Had I known this was the situation I would never have cosigned on a lease. She is faced with a situation where she has to park on the street and has been towed or park way far away and put herself at bodily harm unnecessarily with a multiple block walk. If she is threatened while walking from some off area parking because they failed to get her parking on site I am going to be forced to get her some other accommodations and possibly seek legal help to break lease. This situation is unconscionable and if anything happens to her as a result of this situation I am not sure what I will do. She legitimately feels concern for her safety.
